Industrial Track

The 5th Symposium on End User Development aims at offering a common space where industrial researchers and practitioners can share their contributions. The “Industrial Track” will host innovative tools and software as practical applications of the EUD approach to real users. These products will support end-users working on a set of tasks, trying to improve their performance. In particular, each artifact will be developed taking into account usability metrics as efficiency, effectiveness and usefulness, as well as the addressed functionalities. Published submissions will focus on the description of the proposed solutions and their practical implication for involved end-users.

Accepted papers will be presented in the conference main track or as posters depending on the quality of the paper.

Submission of papers to the Industrial track

Authors may submit and update their contribution (up to 4 pages) through the EasyChair system (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iseud2015) until the deadline. Each paper of the industrial track must include at least one author from an industrial organization.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Industrial Liason Committee. Accepted papers will appear in the proceedings of IS-EUD 2015, published by Springer as Lecture Notes on Computer Science (LNCS). Consequently, papers must be carefully formatted according to the Springer LNCS format (http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0).

Accepted papers will be published directly (there will not be time to modify it after their acceptance), so if a paper does not follow the required format it will be automatically rejected without review.
