Registration conditions

• Regular Registration to Conference includes attendance at all sessions, copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, excursion and social dinner.
• Student Registration to conference includes attendance at all sessions, copy of the proceedings and coffee breaks. It does not include social dinner.
• Regular/Student Registration to Workshop/DC includes attendance at one Workshop or at Doctoral Consortium and coffee breaks. It does not include social dinner.
• Regular Registration to Conference & Workshop/DC includes attendance at all session, attendance at one Workshop or at Doctoral Consortium, copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, excursion and social dinner.
• Student Registration to Conference & Workshop/DC includes attendance at all sessions, attendance at one Workshop or at Doctoral Consortium, copy of the proceedings and coffee breaks. It does not include social dinner.

Cancellation / Refund policy

• Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 15 days prior the event. There will be an administrative charge of 50 € for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancelations received less than 15 days prior to the event.
• Substitutions can be made at any time.
• Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
